Wildly Affirmed Tote Concierge – Rental Agreement

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Equipment Responsibility:

You are responsible for all rented totes and equipment from delivery until pickup is completed.

All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.

Damage or Loss

Replacement costs:

● Tote (bin + lid): $15 each

● Tote Taxi: $40

● Handtruck: $180 

    Dump Trailer $20,000

Damaged or missing items will be charged to the card used at checkout.

Late Returns:

Items not ready for pickup on the scheduled date, without prior notice will incur Late fees: 

Late fees will be 10% of your rental package per day.

Pickup Access:

All totes must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup. If not accessible, additional fees may

apply.

Proper Use:

Totes may NOT be used for:

● Hazardous materials

● Liquids without proper sealing

● Illegal or damaging contents

You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Liability: 

Wildly Affirmed Tote Concierge is not liable for injury or damage to persons or personal property during use. You assume all risks associated with use of the equipment.

Condition Acknowledgment:

All items are delivered clean and in usable condition. A 3 hour grace period is granted after delivery to report any discrepancies in cleanliness or functionality. 

Changes / Extensions: 

Contact us before your scheduled pickup date if you need an extension. Extensions are subject

to availability and additional charges.

Non-Return & Replacement Charges:

If equipment is not returned within 48 hours of the pick up date and no extension is arranged, it will be considered unreturned.

You authorize Wildly Affirmed Tote Concierge to charge your card for replacement costs:

● Tote (bin + lid): $15 each

● Tote Taxi: $40

● Handtruck: $180

Returned items after charges may be refunded at our discretion.
